Tournament Team Registration
Tournament fee of $200 per Player includes the following:
  • 3 guaranteed round robin games beginning on Friday afternoon and continuing through to Sunday morning.  Games consist of two 15 minute halves with a 5 minute intermission
  • The Pond pass includes tournament entry, player post-       game beverage tickets and Friday night meet the players party which includes dinner and 1 hour of open bar
  • Teams in the Open and 40+ divisions can carry a minimum of four players and a maximum of six players
  • Must be 21 years or older to participate

If paying as an individual, for a registered team, please complete boxes A & C and hit submit after agreeing to the terms below. At checkout enter "1" into the quantity box on the following screen.

By submitting this form you and your team agree to the following:
All players in the 40+ division must be age 40 by January 29, 2010.  All players in the Open division must be age 21 by January 29, 2010. Players must show proof of age (photo ID) upon registration. Any teams with ineligible players will forfeit their place in the Tournament.

All players will sign a release form at tournament registration and prior to any tournament play, acknowledging they understand and accept that there are risks involved in participating in any recreational activity, are aware of those risks, and are voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the risks involved. All players will agree to accept any and all such risks of injury, death and/or property damage. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this recreational activity, all players will agree to the terms of this waiver, release, covenant not to sue and indemnity agreement as set forth herein. All players, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, next of kin, assigns and personal representative will waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Adirondack Ice Bowl, LLC and its subsidiaries, all 2010 Adirondack Ice Bowl Sponsors, the Town of Webb and all members, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents or any other representative of Adirondack Ice Bowl, LLC, 2010 Adirondack Ice Bowl Sponsors, Town of Webb against any and all causes of action, claims, demands, losses, expenses, liability.

The names and likenesses of my team and its members can be used for tournament promotion via the official website, public relations campaign and media campaign.
